Birth Doula

Sarah Gotlund Doula Services offers a comprehensive Birth Package, providing all the essential support for an informed birth and early postpartum experience.

The package includes, but is not limited to:
  • 24/7 support via phone, email, and text from the date of hire until 6 weeks postpartum
  • Continuous labor support from early labor at home until up to 2 hours postpartum
  • A minimum of 2 prenatal visits
  • 1-2 postpartum visits
  • Breastfeeding, cloth diapering, and babywearing support/education included when desired.

Antepartum/Postpartum Doula

From offering a helping hand during pregnancy to overnight postpartum support, Sarah Gotlund Doula Services provides the assistance you need for almost any situation, with customized packages tailored to your needs.

Hourly services may include, but are not limited to:
  • Laundry
  • Grocery pickup
  • Cleaning
  • Emotional support
  • Breastfeeding assistance
  • Cloth diaper and/or babywearing education
Birth Doula
Antepartum/Postpartum Doula
Standard flat fee is $950
$20/hr when added to a birth package.
If your combined annual income is less than $95,000, you may submit documentation for a reduced income-based fee ranging from $600 to $950.
$25/hr for non-birth clients.
​$30/hr after 8pm.
If your combined annual income is less than $60,000, I can match you with a doula in training for services starting at $300 or possibly pro bono, depending on income and circumstances.
Antepartum - 2 hour minimum
Postpartum - 4 hour minimum
Overnight - 8 hour minimum
